The Color Magazine

Overview

The Color is a conceptual editorial magazine exploring the role of color in art history and culture, beginning with an exploration of red. Inspired by my passion for art history, the project examines how color can shape meaning, emotion, and cultural interpretation while exploring how design can make educational content more engaging and accessible.

As the editor and designer, I curated and developed the academic content, established the publication’s visual system, and designed the magazine from concept through final execution. I also expanded the editorial experience into digital platforms by designing a companion website and app prototype in Figma, creating a cohesive experience across print and digital formats.
